Aluminum Covers

These Aluminum Covers will hold up to 1,000 pounds and are designed to withstand blazing sun, heavy snow, active children, teething dogs and more. Our aluminum covers are UL listed and meet the ASTM safety standards for a manual lift spa cover when ordered with the optional tie-down straps for and additional $80.

• 1 3/4th inch thick expanded poly polystyrene foam.
• Insulation value of R-14.
• 0.02 inch thick aluminum that comes in 8 different colors.
• Edges are reinforced by a thick anodized aluminum C-channel for strength and durability.
• The under seal is a rubber gasket that assures a positive seal to your spa.
